Bespoke shop fittings in Pollença
Not all of our work is domestic. The photograph on this page is a commercial interior: a fashion shop with a central display cabinet, perimeter shelving and zones marked out by the colour of the floor. In retail the criteria differ from a home. The furniture has to take far rougher treatment — the public, trolleys, boxes, seasonal fit-outs and strip-downs — while still looking immaculate, because it forms part of the brand. Solid Surface sits well at that intersection: it can be curved, lit and made in an exact corporate colour, and when it gets scratched it is repaired in the shop rather than replaced.

What we make for a retail space
- Service counters and till points, with continuous fronts and impact-resistant edges.
- Display cabinets and tables where the tray is part of the volume.
- Shelving made to the exact opening, with no visible brackets.
- Signage, logos and three-dimensional lettering in the same material as the furniture.
- On-site repair of knocks and scratches, without closing the shop.
That last point is the decisive advantage in retail. A melamine or laminate counter knocked on the edge cannot be repaired, and within two years the shop looks tired. Here the damage is sanded away, usually in a short visit outside trading hours.
Corporate colour is the other reason we get called. We can work in specific tones and hold them identical across different elements and different premises — something hard to guarantee when each piece is resolved in a different material: paint, laminate, lacquered metal.
Pollença, the Port and the Serra
We cover Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and the Serra. In retail we plan installation around the shop's calendar, normally outside opening hours or between seasons, so trading is never interrupted.
Frequently Asked Questions about Retail Furniture
- Can you match our exact brand colour?
- In most cases yes, either from the standard range or through a bespoke reference. It is worth confirming with a physical sample before the project is signed off.
- Can it be repaired without closing the shop?
- Yes. Sanding and polishing are done on the premises, with very little dust, normally outside trading hours.
- Can you make curved pieces or a raised logo?
- Yes. The material is thermoformed with heat, allowing continuous curves, and machined for lettering and relief.
- Will it stand up to a shop with heavy footfall?
- Yes. It is the same material used on airport and hospital counters. The point is not that it never marks, but that what marks can be recovered.
